Thanks for friending me. I don't work in the Food industry only dream about it. I am a technical writer for a software company. I have been cooking for several years, cooking Italian for 3 or 4 (every since I got the chance to go there) and blogging and photographing my food for about a year. I will have to check out the restaurant.
