not doing much cooking here as we are doing a scotch tasting party and don't want to many smells to compete with the scotch so most things are just to compliment various scotches such as cheese, salmon, shrimp, chocolate, etc...but I am going to make tyropita(? on spelling) greek cheese pies and a crab log with walnuts.....as you can't have friends over without cooking something for them :)
