So i know that most magazines and major food publications are in NY and AL, but i have had no luck with applying to local ones such as Bon Appetit or Edible LA. I am experienced, motivated and love the industry (i worked in America's Test Kitchen over the summer), anyone have any suggestions for me on breaking into this industry out west?
