Guess I Should have worn my chefs coat
bu I'm much more comfortable in my Kilt!
After too many years to count, and working in those bloody uncomfortable things,I am fortunate enough to wear a t-shirt as uniform, goodbye toque, goodbye 4-in-hand,
I've spent the last decade cooking privately in the Bay Area, and recently moved to Austin, to work in the film industry. Props to the (A-Team)of Locations Catering.
I only wish I was 10 yrs younger(but still as knowledgeable) This is truly the most demanding job I've had, save my military years(and no I didn't cook in the Army)
