I love food, wine and travel. My early culinary experiences were as a teenager visiting family in Northern California and visiting Napa and all along the west coast searching for great food and culinary destinations. As an adult, I have worked in many fine dining restaurants and also managed projects for a kitchen equipment consulting company that designs and builds kitchens in the DC, MD and Northern VA areas.
I now live in the Washington, DC area and through my work as a consultant in the food industry, I have met so many interesting chefs and restaurant owners. If anyone would like some tips and ideas for places to eat in this area, just let me know! I know some very popular restaurants, as well as ones "off the beaten path".

ell us more Beth, that is great... Love that food and wine & Northern California where part of your youth, It really makes you appreciate it more as an adult. I also do consulting in LA and perhaps we can possibly work together in the future on a project...
