We are the largest U.S. producer of Soft Shell Crawfish and have been for the last 22 years.  Historically, we only sold to distributors in Houston and Atlanta and they would purchase all that we could produce.   So, no marketing was ever necessary.  We have expanded our facility and tripled production and are wanting to get our product in other markets.
