Small restaurant and bar in Park Slope, Brooklyn NY is seeking to expand our team.

Seeking: line cooks (you should have experience with garde manger, sautee, and grill stations.)

You should:
*live in or near Park Slope
*enjoy working in a small family-owned restaurant
*know the importance of being self-motivated and reliable
*have a sense of humor and be able to have fun while multi-tasking
*have adequate experience for the job
*have a desire to seek long-term employment with our restaurant
*know/understand/appreciate/want to be a part of the Brooklyn Dining Scene
*be legally eligible for employment in the US
*be able to start IMMEDIATELY

Requirements:

have a positive attitude and enjoy working with a small team
it is vital that you enjoy cooking and take great pride in your work
be consistent and punctual
have your "Qualifying Certificate in Food Protection" or receive it within 60 days of hire
