The elegance of Gaja made the Scavino taste almost rustic; ripe cherries, violets and licorice vs dry earth, tar and dry cherries.
One was Memorable while Scavino was very good...the dish was quail tortellini with mushrooms and shaved white truffles at Casa Tua Miami Beach.
