hello friends.  i help run el smokeador y smokehopper.  found this site on another blog that is involved in the honeysuckle white turkey competition (Take on Turkey) that we are part of. 

A social networking site devoted to cooking is an amazing idea and I cant say how pissed I am that I didnt think of it.  I look forward to hearing your comments on some of our bbq creations.
