Starter: Organic Heirloom Tomato, Fresh Mint & Watermelon Salad
Drizzled with homemade maple balsamic herb vinaigrette. Served with your choice of wild Alaskan salmon or vegan organic tofu cutlet
Entree: Crowd-Pleasing Vegan Paella
Asparagus, English peas, roasted patty pan squash, fire-roasted organic bell peppers, oyster mushrooms, baby artichokes, yams, vegan sausage, olives, cannellini beans, caramelized sweet onions, roasted garlic and cilantro with aromatic saffron rice cooked in white wine tomato broth in a shallow pan until socarrat, crispy crusty bottom, is formed
Dessert: Beet & Coconut Sorbet
Naturally sweet and vegan!
Drinks: Make-Your-Own Fresh Juices, Vegan Shakes and Mineral Water
Have fun playing with my commercial masticating juicer! You'll get assortment of organic or naturally grown carrots, strawberries, blue berries, sweet peppers, cantaloupe, bananas, spinach and more. Coconut milk is provided for vegan shakes.
Menu is gluten-free, dairy-free, egg-less and meat-less.
Meal is served family style, dress code casual, alcohol not allowed, smoking allowed outside building. Pop-up space is inside a LGBT-friedly church less than 3 blocks away from Mt Vernon Square Metro. A few parking spaces are located behind the building.
